Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do not offer any returns or refunds for change of mind, wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Making a Consumer Guarantee claim

To make a Consumer Guarantee Claim please send an email to ConsumerGuaranteeClaim@trackandtide.com.au with the following information:

  • Order Number / Receipt:
  • Order date:
  • Describe the issue in detail:
  • Provide supporting photos or video:

We will review your email and call you to discuss the claim typically within 24hrs.
